How Zoffec Infotech Private Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data, and how we use cookies.

This notice explains how Zoffec Infotech (“Zoffec”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through zoffec.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any question about it, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you use our contact form: your name, email, mobile number, subject and message, plus the time you gave consent.
- Usage data, only if you allow analytics. Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.
- Direct contact. Anything you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, understand your requirement and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Our legal basis is your consent. The contact form asks you to confirm: “Yes, I consent to Zoffec Infotech storing and using the personal data I have provided to respond to this enquiry.”
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the website and reply to you:
- Microsoft 365, which delivers enquiries to our mailbox.
- Our website hosting provider.
- Google, if you allow analytics or external media.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, they become part of our client records. Otherwise we delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- correct, complete, update or erase it
- withdraw your consent, which is as easy as giving it
- nominate someone to act for you

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our mailbox.

We only use optional cookies after you agree. You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose by category, and change your mind at any time.

If you withdraw analytics consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Google's own cookies for Maps and YouTube can be cleared in your browser settings.
